9th ODF plugfest in Berlin

The ODF plugfest will return to Berlin (Germany) on October 17th/18th 2012 for the ninth edition, again hosted by the Bundesministeriums fuer Wirtschaft und Technologie  and supported by OpenDoc Society.

The ODF plugfests are an ongoing series of vendor-neutral events, bringing together implementers and stakeholders of the standard. The goal is to achieve maximum interoperability by running scenario-based tests in a hands-on manner and discuss new and proposed features of the Open Document Format specification.

Lead architects from commercial and open source products, members of the OASIS ODF TC's and technical experts from national and regional governments will be present. Plugfests have been held in a number of countries across Europe since 2009.
